We sometimes forget to stop and smell the roses. Give yourself and your soul a bit of time. This is a beginner-friendly class and includes intermediate to advanced practice. The Focus of this class is on Breath, Flow of movement, light stretching, building strength, and Meditation. Your experience is to exercise the mind, body, and spirit connection. The class is donation only; only donate if you have it! Class starts at 5:30 pm. After class, you'll be served a warming cup of yogi tea (chai) or golden milk (good for your joints and more).
