FBC Staffs' message:  No First Light this Summer
We're working hard this summer to revamp and redesign First Light.  We hope to launch this new publication in the fall.  In the meantime, we won't be publishing any First Light editions this summer.  Make sure you keep your eyes on Life of the Church and First Notes to stay up () for more information on these and other publications.

Church-wide Visioning and Strategy Event
Friday and Saturday, August 15-16, Trentham Hall

As we look at the next three years and where we believe God is leading us in missions and ministry, we invite you to lift your voice and dream together with the Long Range Planning Committee.  We will consider a vision/mission statement, name defining principles, set priorities, and begin to define action plans that we shape who we are and where we go next, together

On Friday, August 15:  We will gather for dinner around the tables in Treatham Hall at 6:00 p.m. and will work together in large and small group sessions, wrapping up at 9:00 p.m.  The dinner will cost $8.

On Saturday, August 16:  We will begin again at 9 a.m. and wrap up at noon.

Sign up by contracting Kim Pieratt,  or 246-4655, so we can get interpreters.  The list will also serve as a head count for dinner and help us to have the right quantity of supplies on hand.
