Baptist groups (BCM, congregations, denominational entities):  Free during the day (some charge might be required for set-up).

All non-profits, schools, Baptist groups: $550 minimum

No cost to groups listed above (unless special set up is required)

Blue Room (outside normal business hours)
Birthday parties, anniversaries, receptions (not available to general public): minimum $100 for two hours, $100 for every two hour block thereafter.

Trentham Hall or Brown Chapel (during normal business hours)
No cost to groups listed above (unless special set up is required)

All non-profits, schools, Baptist groups: $250 minimum
